• Cancellation & Refund Policy

  If you decide to cancel your reservation for this event, credits will be authorized based on the following policy, without exceptions:

  • Up to 90 days prior to the event: 100% credit to be used for membership renewal only

  • 89 - 30 days days prior to the event: 50% credit to be used for membership renewal only

  • 30 days or less prior to event: NO CREDIT

  • If you cancel the event and are eligible for a credit, the credit will expire 12 months after the purchase date.

  Ticket Transfer Policy

  • Event must be sold out

  • Can transfer to another member of your choice (on own)

  • Can transfer to next person on the waiting list

  • MUST notify GoTeam

  • Can only charge what you paid for the ticket

  • NO UP SALE

  • Collect money on own
