A: Arrival is July 19th by 4:00 PM for the welcome dinner. The main program concludes July 22nd at 12:00 PM, with optional extended stay for “All Play” days until July 26th.Q: What's included in the price?
A: Your investment covers all meals, guided adventures, materials, and experiences July 19 - July 21. We also have an option to extend your stay until July 26. If you are interested in that, please let us know after you register and we will share more details then.
You will be responsible for your travel costs to Copper Mountain, any personal purchases, and your accommodations.Q: What about accommodation? Do we stay together as a family?
A: Families will have several options for luxury mountain accommodations configured based on your family size and children's ages. All accommodations are in the same premium location.Q: What's the weather like? What should we pack?
A: July in Aspen averages 75°F during the day and 50°F at night. We'll provide a detailed packing list including both adventure gear and evening attire requirements. -
Q: How much time is spent in sessions versus activities?
A: Each day balances family development work with adventure. Typically:8am - 9am: Breakfast
9am - 12pm: Workshops, Connection Exercises, and Transformational Games
12pm - 1pm: Lunch
1pm - 5pm: Free Time to Explore the Mountain
5pm - 6pm: Dinner
6pm - 8pm: Evening Activity

A: Yes, you'll select your preferred adventures to participate in during the 1pm-5pm Free Time spot each day. Options include mountain biking, white water rafting, hiking, fishing, and more. A: We offer alternatives for every activity while keeping families connected to the core experience. Our expert facilitators help manage different comfort levels and interests. -
