If you decide to cancel your reservation for this event, credits will be authorized based on the following policy. These are firm and non-negotiable, except for extreme, case-by-case family emergencies:

• More than 90 days before the event:

  • 100% credit toward membership renewal only

  • You forfeit your reserved Men’s event spot

• 30–89 days before the event:

  • 50% credit toward membership renewal only

  • You forfeit your reserved Men’s event spot

• Less than 30 days before the event:

  • NO CREDIT OR REFUND

  • You forfeit your reserved Men’s event spot

Credits expire 12 months from the original purchase date.

Men’s Winter Event Tie-In:
Your Men’s event spot is guaranteed only if you attend Fambundance. If you cancel your Fambundance ticket at any time, your Men’s event spot is automatically released, unless explicitly approved otherwise by the GoTeam.

Q: How much time is spent in sessions versus activities?

A: Each day balances family development work with adventure. Typically:

• 8am - 9am: Breakfast

• 9am - 12pm: Workshops, Connection Exercises, and Transformational Games

• 12pm - 1pm: Lunch

• 1pm - 5pm: Free Time to Explore the Mountain

• 5pm - 6pm: Dinner

• 6pm - 9pm: Evening Activity 
  

Q: Can we choose our activities?

A: Yes, you'll select your preferred adventures to participate in during the 1pm-5pm Free Time spot each day.

Q: What if some family members don't want to participate in certain activities?

A: We offer alternatives for every activity while keeping families connected to the core experience. Our expert facilitators help manage different comfort levels and interests.

Q: What ages is this appropriate for? 

A: We've designed the program for families with children aged 6-22. Activities are adapted for different age groups while maintaining family connection.

Q: My spouse is skeptical about "family development" events. How do you handle this?

A: We focus on natural transformation through shared experiences rather than formal therapy or workshops. Many initially skeptical spouses have become our biggest advocates after experiencing our approach.

Q: What if we have to handle business emergencies during the event?

A: While we encourage full presence, we understand the realities of running a business. The schedule includes free time, and the venue has excellent connectivity and private spaces if needed.

Q: How do you handle dietary restrictions or food allergies?

A: All meals accommodate dietary requirements, which we'll gather during your pre-event planning call.

Q: What safety measures are in place for the adventures?

A: All activities are led by certified guides with the top companies in Lake Tahoe.  Our family has been bringing our kids and their friends here for years to enjoy all the mountain has to offer.
