Plan Outline: January 2024 to October 2024
Continuous communication and coaching over the 10-month program with Coach Rami via text message and app
Weekly accountability check-ins to track body fat percentage and weight, including progress pictures so you can see your results
Weekly zoom calls with all participants, facilitated by Coach Rami. Share triumphs, hurdles and tips to stay focused and motivated. Calls will be recorded and emailed out
Daily group accountability opportunities utilizing the Marco Polo app. Participants will communicate with each other. Get stronger together.
Proven and customized workout regimes with diet and menu planning, including bulking phase, cutting phase and "peak week" planning
Health and complete blood work consultation with a health coach at Marek Health included ($700 value) Customized supplement regimen created based on your specific results. (supplements additional cost and is in conjunction with the individuals recommendations)
1 - 15 min solo call with coach per month
