  MEMBERS:

  If you decide to cancel your reservation for this event, credits will be authorized based on the following policy, without exceptions:

  • Up to 30 days prior to the event: No penalty

  • 30 days or less prior to event: Your credit card on file will be charged the amount of $499

  • No show to the event: Your credit card on file will be charged the amount of $499

  GUESTS

  • Up to 90 days prior to the event: 100% credit to be used for future events, not membership

  • 89 days or less prior to the event: 50% credit to be used for future events, not membership

  • Less than 30 days from event: No credit
