Hiring Overview:

FamBundance is the first, and only, family-focused mastermind group operating today! At present, we are serving a community of approximately 30 entrepreneurial families who come together twice a year to focus on bettering themselves as individuals and as a family.

Currently, we are in the process of massively and rapidly expanding our program to not only increase the size of our community, but to add a significant amount of additional year-round programming. As we continue to ramp up our program, we need to increase the size of our team to be able to keep up with the amount of work we are creating.

We are currently looking for three individuals, who can fill the roles of Administrative Assistant, Assistant Program Director, and Teen Leader. For more information on each of these positions, click the boxes below.

Administrative Assistant

An Administrative Assistant on our team would be responsible for the following types of tasks:

  • Manage team workflow by assigning specific tasks to correct members of the team, ensuring that deadlines are met and work is completed correctly
  • Implement and monitor programs as directed by management, and see the programs through to completion
  • Generate memos, emails and reports when appropriate
  • Respond to questions and requests for information
  • Answer incoming emails and respond in a professional and timely manner
  • Be present on team meeting calls to take notes and distribute recaps to appropriate team members
  • Be a point-of-contact for members of our community to reach out to for information, etc.
  • Have the ability to travel in order to attend and assist in running our 2-3 annual retreat programs
  • Scheduling calls, meetings, etc. for multiple members of our team
  • Organizing and booking preparations for our 2-3 annual retreat programs
Assistant Program Director

An Assistant Program Director on our team would be responsible for the following types of tasks:

Teen Leader

For our Teen Leader position, we are seeking a teen, aged 15 or older, who has previously attended one or more FamBundance programs with their family. This is a part-time leadership position that is intended to fit in with your current school and extra-curricular schedule. 

A Teen Leader on our team would be responsible for the following types of tasks:

  • Assist in creating and coordinating programming for our year-round mastermind “GoPods” for the teens and kids.
  • Facilitate discussion groups for kids on varying topics such as Media of the Month, accountability, home-life, etc.
